I PMed Marlin and he said he has not had the time to confirm emails, so if you emailed and haven't heard anything, I wouldn't worry about it. We'll hear from him in due time.
 
Because of the large demand for rifles I had to up my order, but at the same time I wanted to make sure people would actually buy them once they came in and I would not be stuck with 100 extra rifles.

By taking orders now (not charging until I ship) I can get a better idea on how many rifles to finalize. For those whom I emailed and were on my list, dont worry, when you call to confirm an order you are givien proirity over those who read my site and call in. I budgeted extra rifles for this. The only thing that has changed is that I have all the information in front of me so that when the guns arrive, they can be shipped in the most efficiant way possible. If you change your mind you can always phone and cancle your order.

I know they are Russians(yay!)

Do you know what arsenal they came from, or any other details?

or was it one of those "no questions, or no rifles" deals? ;) :p

the deal is canadians gets to buy a russian sks at a very good price.

a russian sks havent been made since 1955 so their conditions will varied from rifle to rifle, we been told there will be basically two grades, shooters and collectors. i will venture to guess that most are from tula arsenal and later production.

I have to call to confirm? I thought the email that we got from you was the confirmation? Or are you talking about once they come in?
 
Marlin just wants you to put your money where you mouth is.They want paid and then you go on the list.Credit card[money order etc.] gets charged when shipped.

is there a possibility that some russian SKS that was destine for the US market but got ban for import by clinton could be sent here with US importer markings?

cos my russian SKS has US importer marking on the barrel.

also my new marstar M14s has US importer marking, clinton ban them too, its all good, otherwise i wouldnt have them. thanks clinton.:D
