Im july 26th 599* bus to private QC and still waiting.We will be good by christmas and me its my first restricted so they call reference on top of that.

I'd inquire about that. I had 5959### Manitoba to Ontario initiated July 4th; transfer arrived November 30th. Spreadsheet tracked pretty well to that date (predicted two days earlier).

I am hoping the spreadsheet is tracking just as well for 5975### too.

I received an email from the Ontario Dealer advising the transfer has been completed (today). Initiated June 26....completed Dec 20.
Come on Santa!........
 
Question for an Ontario resident transplanted to Quebec and on his 8th month of waiting... I've been following the Quebec transfer thread - based on a few posts, it seems like the SQ is holding back and processing ALL transfer requests on someone's file before releasing the whole batch of approved transfers to the purchaser.

Ie. If someone bought 5 handguns at different times between June and October, all 5 transfers are being approved in December in one shot..

Anyone hear anything similar?

Purchased Jul 16
Transfer initiated Jul 22
Approval received: Dec 1
Total wait time: 18 weeks, 6 days

Received paperwork today, Dec 22 and now can go to the range.

Total time 21 weeks 6 days.

I have an Ontario July 4th transfer (5959###) issued on November 30th.

I am still waiting on an Ontario July 25th transfer (5975###). Called through yesterday and all I could get was "It's in process. I will make a note that you called."
 
Took my RPAL course in Feb/22 wanting to make my first handgun purchase and join a club to enjoy some downtime in retirement . Purchased a CZ TS2 July 28, transfer initiated Aug 1
Never thought it would take this long,,,,got approved today!! Merry Christmas to me!

Purchase was made through Tenda, emailed them with approval today. Now just waiting for shipment over holidays.
Correspondence with Tenda has been excellent!
