I'm so impressed with this that my first full video will be about this rifle.
This is my brand new CZ 455 Thumbhole in a gorgeous laminated dark grey wood.
When I first picked this up at the store (as in, just handled it) I fell in love. I don't think I ever held a rifle that felt so comfortable. The curves on this thing, the ergos in general, it's really something else. I didn't think much of it until I slapped a Vortex Diamondback HP (3-12x42) and took it to the range with a buddy of mine.
I was floored by just how great the accuracy is! I was slapping bullseye consistently, 14 shots in a row. I do realize 25m is not very far for most people. But I'm legally blind, and the fact that I was able to get THAT tight of a group just made me smile.
I used a bag with this, though later bought a bipod, and that's what attached now. It's so comfortable I think I could shoot it all day long. The cheek rest is super big, allowing me to practically fall asleep while getting a sight picture
It's got a pretty solid butt pad too but tbh it's a 22 so even with HV rounds there's no kick to speak of (or barely any).
For the longest time I was considering a RPR or 10/22. But holy cow. This has really opened my eyes so to speak. This is a REALLY good rifle. And it looks awesome to boot. I also feel that with the bolt action, it feels a lot more manual, a lot more like you're one with the gun so to speak, as opposed to a semi. You also go through ammo a bit slower which is good for me since I tend to blow through 22 very quickly
I'm wondering what you think about this, if you own one, or want one, and what you dressed it with if you have one
Full video coming soon. Much love from Toronto and thanks to everyone for their continued support of my new channel.
