I doubt they'll get in, factory listed barrel length is 4.14" (105.15mm) depending on how accurate the measurement is, and considering that you won't get much interest from the factory.
Anything OVER 105mm is legal and restricted. 105.15 is a go for Canada. 105mm or less Prohib.
I agree, it SHOULD. It does, in this case depend on who's holding the tape measure - after all I have seen Smith and Wesson revolvers that measure 107mm that were prohib as 4 inch. A .15 mm margin is small enough that individual differences will play more of a role than what should or shouldn't be legal. If CFC receives a sample that got an extra pass on the crown cutter, well you'd be SOL, right?
I REALLY want an SR9 myself and have been researching them but can't find much except the article I have from Guns & Ammo. I hate to admit it but I might buy a Ruger!!!!
