If this is not going to be used by you in the future, I have a few suggestions which will all work.
Find a bolt that fits the thread pattern. Hard from the pic but guessing 1/4 20 or 1/4 24 or 1//4 28,leaning more to the 24 or 28. When you find the thread pitch, jam a nut as tight as you can and then put a wrench on it and jam the second nut on the first and then turn out the threaded insert. Didnt work?,
option two, Take a screw extractor and drill the appropriate hole and turn the insert out!
Option three is use a fine toothed quality saw blade and use a slow feed rate and cut straight thru it. Its brass and no match to a quality fine toothed carbide blade.
Option four is to find out the outside circumfrence of the insert and drill the whole unit out with a quality holesaw.
