I still waiting on a set of 30mm scope rings I ordered, but once they arrive (and hopefully when the -30C weather lets up) I'll be able to get out to the range to test it out.

Actually, I'm glad I sold the CQB now, otherwise it would have went up with all my other firearms in the house fire. At least someone is getting the joy of using it.

:eek: Man that sucks! Didn't hear a peep about it. Hope everyone was okay though? Hope the insurance company weren't arseholes either. I probably would've cried for days.

Good luck come the Fall, if I see a Moose drop and don't hear the report, I'll know you got your moose!:D

Yeah, everyone's ok. We just made it out of the house with just the clothes on our backs. Mine and 2 other houses went up in the fire. The house in the middle, which was under construction, was the one that caused it. Propane heater or something in the basement while they were pouring the concrete floor.
Insurance company is Johnson's Insurance/Unifund Assurance. I've been with them for as long as I can remember and they are being expectional. No issues at all.

If I make it down this fall, I'll be dropping by Complete to say hi to Terry, Jason, and George and hopefully get a day or 2 out to the Rod & Gun Club.
If so, we should hook up for a beer or a day at the range.
