OK...here’s the deal....we denigrate, mock and ridicule celebrities from the left who call for gun bans, yet champion those who share our passions. I don’t give a fiddlers f@ck about what any celebrity, sports figure, influencer, etc, etc got to say about .....anything! WTF do they know that the next idi@t don’t?

Sadly, you don't even know what a Conservative really is, you wouldn't be going on about it in such a helter skelter manner.

Real Conservatism hasn't been around for close to 100 years in North America and longer than that in Europe. It was never around in other parts of the world.

Now, if you want to go on about "your personal version of Conservatism" Fine. But at least let folks know that's what it is, not go on about it applying to any political party.

Just look at the names of the political parties. New Democrats??? nothing Democratic about them. Liberals??? only if it applies to the agendas of the powers behind their throne. People's Party of Canada??? sounds and appears to be a Communist monicer. CPC??? Your right, they aren't Conservative in an extremist manner, they're CENTRISTS, with everything from extreme right to extreme left within their ranks. What is it you missed, or betty yet, how did you miss it???

When the extreme right manages to get into an influential position within the party, it takes a while to ferret them out and send them packing, as just happened with the Mulroney/Charest/O'Toole fiasco.

Get over it and participate in a meaningful manner to bring things around to a point closer to your liking, rather than your incessant back stabbing and shooting yourself in the foot.

I love his acting, but anyone that believes that he is on our side likely believes that his characters are real. Costner is as much our enemy as Stallone.

I hope we mature again as a society to the point we can respectfully disagree with people who hold very different views. This current era of “with or against” isn’t how the world really works. Totally apart from a wealthy actor’s photo ops, don’t watch TV and can’t recall seeing him since tin cup.

if you think centrism is the defintion of conservatism you may be completely wrong and you may support that but that doesnt mean it is right ...

im not backstatting anyone or shooting myself in the feet as im no anymore a cpc member amd i am really for a re start at whole not a status quo as we have ...

what you need to understand is to win you need to attract new voters as 1/3 are not voting instead of complaining of the ones not attracted anymore ...

I’m on your side Phil, I personally don’t like Pollievre, his populism is too transparent for me to sign up. And socially, I prefer the center. Environmentally, I don’t like any of the functional options. But, I can fly Jagmeet Singh and get along with him, would do the same with Pollievre.

Guns don’t dominate my thinking in politics, or influence my take on abortion or the education system.
