Anyone have hands on with the VR66?

Oh nice, I'd been wanting to grab one and #### around. They're 1:1 spec to the pre-2023 M2, and those factory ghost rings might sway my wallet...

What is True North Arms and where's this gun built? So many knock-offs these days under different labels - is it fair to assume they all come from more or less the same factory?

How can it have a regular price and be on sale but just arrived ?

Weird price marketing......might as well say regular $3000

I would still like to know more details as the previous posters have asked. A Benelli or a Beretta run $2000 plus, so how is this one with the features shown selling for $900? Don't think I'm not interested.

I am not gonna lie I want one... I do have an M1 field in stock condition and I wanted many of these upgrades on it...

But the whole backdoor registry with NR sales record is turning me off...

If you didn't see then, TNA has a VR-66 parts page so you can buy stuff like the bolt separately.

So I bought one of these on this sale. They had them for sale for an unbelievable deal over the weekend. I also picked up a +2 mag from s&j, and BBB suggested the +2 would be the closest to flush with the barrel. When I get it, hopefully this week. I’ll post pictures and a range report.

Received mine on Monday.
I have to say that I am quite impressed with them. At $630 all in each you get a heck of a lot of shot gun. TNA also threw in 2 hats, 2 patches and 2 mag extensions.
Once a get a chance to put some rounds through them I will make a thread with a review. Even at the full price of $850ish, they are a great deal with a lot of tasteful upgrades. The fit and finish is also outstanding. I plan on changing out the handguard for a Mlok one but haven't decided which one yet.

So I've put at least 1000 rounds through mine, did a bit of a thread in hunting and sporting shotguns. Basically quite happy with it, runs great. Had one problem with it, the internal buffer weight has sort of an internal plunger which is spring loaded and held in place by a threaded end cap. That end cap came loose and the threads got messed up, stopped cycling properly and made the loose parts sound. TNA sent a replacement buffer and once I got it I loctited the end cap in place which I would recommend as preventative maintenance.

Overall I love the gun and TNA has provided great service and I would 100% recommend.

Some early discussion there were many Turkish shotgun naysayers but I've seen some crappy turk shotguns and this isn't one of them.
