Certain things are well presented, certain are not...but at the end of the day...it just opinions. I like wood and leather and blued Steel... my quirk. I'm guessing you like plastic, dacron and stainless...Crack on.

Clown camo McMillan Classic Iron sighted Ruger Mark II Stainless in .338 win mag. Meant to be a better mousetrap than a .45-70 for field work, where you sometimes leave the rifle and pack and foray within 100 yards or so. Wanted it to be rugged and spottable.

Prefer wood but have a fiberglass rifle stocked rifle.

Each type has their use, synthetic is good for wet weather.

As you well know the 275Rigby is the English version of the 7x57 aka 7mm Mauser. All three are exactly the same.

For a classic Faux Rigby styled rifle, what chambering would you have chosen?
