Really? Who said that it did?Remington did not drill those holes...nor did Remington do that silver solder. That job is done after the factory.
I messed up a handload. Over pressure. Had to beat it open with a 2x4, and the handle came off. Somedays, my stupid amazes me. Long time ago tho, close to 40 years. I learned to be more careful with the powders i had on the bench at any given time. - dan
