Interesting…
Called Bell Cellular customer service on Sunday. The “Eva” person who seemed to me to sound female with a ‘light Hispanic accent,’ did not resolve the issue so I was transferred to their Loyalty Team… and I ended up talking to another “Eva” that sounded female with an identical ‘light Hispanic accent’.
They both followed their scripts real well, and at one point if the second “Eva” didn’t raise her voice and get irate with me I would have swore both “Eva” were the same AI.
If your “EVE” had a ‘light Hispanic accent’ I would swear you bought EVE from Bell.
(ps: even if this is a joke video… if I ever speak to EVE online or on the phone it will be the last time I ever deal with you.)
