Interesting…

Called Bell Cellular customer service on Sunday. The “Eva” person who seemed to me to sound female with a ‘light Hispanic accent,’ did not resolve the issue so I was transferred to their Loyalty Team… and I ended up talking to another “Eva” that sounded female with an identical ‘light Hispanic accent’.

They both followed their scripts real well, and at one point if the second “Eva” didn’t raise her voice and get irate with me I would have swore both “Eva” were the same AI.

If your “EVE” had a ‘light Hispanic accent’ I would swear you bought EVE from Bell.



(ps: even if this is a joke video… if I ever speak to EVE online or on the phone it will be the last time I ever deal with you.)
 
I have no problem with AI - but they have a problem with me, none of the concerns or problems or google searches delivered a result. It's like the first result on google is the law or something like that.

Their phones always go directly to voicemail. I guess a chatbox AI is a step up from "sorry we missed your call, have a nice day"
 
We are a long ways out from Eve being anything more than an advertising tool. Any technology to streamline business is extremely hampered or non existent when it comes to firearm related products both in Canada and the US.

Everything from Shopify to credit card processing and even shipping is becoming more problematic.

I agree with what you said. I have done a crap load of bussiness with these guys and if this for real Iam done with them
 
The next decade is going to be quite the ride..... we are clearly not ready for the changes that are sure to come given the current state of technology and the exponential rate of advancement that does not seem to be showing any signs of hitting a limit.
