CZ Bren 2 MS Drop-In Barrel Parts Question...

If I have the converted non restricted version now, do I need the parts or can the 11” barrel be dropped in?

Your 11" barrel had it's gas block, gas regulator/parts, and trunnion robbed to make the 18.6" barrel work. Making it a completely stripped down barrel that cannot be simply dropped in.

That's the whole point of this thread, gauging interest for acquiring more of those parts that were robbed.

I shouldn’t be playing the “what if” game, but imagine all the different types of calibers a guy could run through these. 6 mm arc, 6.5 Grendel and 300 blackout come to mind.

So for those of us with 11" blanks,

Would we send them in to have the spare gas system fitted to them? Is it something that can be done at home?

DLASK, when this is all said and done, May I be in line to buy one of your NR demo rifles?

Still waiting for something. Can't say what it is but you all will need to be patient please and thank you. As for 'demo' rifles I have no idea what you are talking about nor have you read our multiple other posts all say that we do not notify individuals nor do we take pre-orders for product. EVERYTHING we sell is done on a first come, first served basis to keep it fair for everyone from St. John's, NL to Victoria, B.C.

All new product announcements are done here on CGN and our website.

Yes, that's the theory. We will have a factory rifle here to test each barrel on. The gas pistons and piston head would get re-used as it is the same across all models. It is possible since HB Industries make a regulator and piston head to add that as well for a bit more money so you have a TRUE drop on barrel complete and ready to go.

Just spit ballin' here....

Talk amongst yourselves, I have to get some Brens tested.

Sorry DLASK, didn’t mean any disrespect, I saw the note about the factory “test” rifle and had to shoot my shot. I appreciate everything takes time, I had to wait for the GSG16 re-barrelling and it was worth the wait.

We do not sell shop guns. We use them to develop parts from.
