After that the bigger cartridge shoots flatter for a bit before it also starts to drop off. For a coyote cartridge its hard to beat a .223. For a 400 yd gopher gun the .22-250 has an edge.
what about a .220 swift it out does the .223 and the .22-250?
that winchester ammo in .22-250 is $22.95 a box (of 40) at Bass Pro I was there a few days ago.
