Sending this off to the RCMP SFSS today. Hopefully it comes back as NR in a couple of years haha.

Awesome build, hopefully it comes back as NR! Did you use a WK180 for the internals? What parts did you have to manufacture vs had on hand (other than the receiver of course)

I wonder if you could file an ATIP for any interactions with one you have produced? maybe they record information or could provide emails or tech info they use which isnt accurate

Here's a few pics of the inside. I used a modified a WK-180 BCG, modified AR-15 trigger group, modified BRN-180 gas system, and a bunch of newly machined parts like the trunnion, rear support, trigger group housings, front support, gas block, etc.

When you say, "sent this off" does that mean you had to send them the actual rifle?

Yes often manufacturers are forced to send a sample to the RCMP lab to be deemed safe for sale as it cannot be "easily and readily converted to full auto" according to bureaucrats, likely not technicians.

if it is a manual action firearm it is much less likely of a requirement. Some bolt actions and pump actions for example get approved relatively fast compared to semis
