I don't think the QC issue is due to the manufacture/labor, because in China, all firearm factory is owned by Government and employees are goverment's employees which means their job is very stable and with good benefit.

The average year they have been working for must be comparatively longer than workers in other regular industries.

They are the same workers making military orders and obviously military order has higher standards.

They jsut provide the quanlity based on customer's request. You pay class 1 price I give you class 1 quanlity. You pay class 3 price I give you class 3 quanlity.

There is nothing related with the factory and labor, because they are able to make military standard rifle.

All of us have one or more SKS/type56. You ever seen a poor QC SKS (bent barrel) like those Type 81s? And those SKS were made in "ancient" time when there were no CNC, no computer, nothing.

You are absolutely right about the quality versus the cost and the market they are intend for. I do own 2 SKS from factory 26, superb rifles . I have a colleague who brought me a tactical flashlight from China which was intended for military use, the quality and the robustness of that product was thru the roof and I kid you not. Thus my post earlier, spend the money and get a better finished product.

As I have already said but it is important, you can cancel the order made through your banking organization if the shipping time exceeds 30 days as no restocking fees and legally there is nothing they can do about it.
For abnormally twisted barrels it's the same thing.

I hate resorting to this kind of practice but don't be embarrassed if the seller is not serious. As a professional seller there is a minimum obligation regarding shipping as well as quality on a new product.

Lol. Professional seller. Professional in credentials only, not in actions. What other company have you guys seen where they cannot even ship a product that is IN STOCK within one month? The only legitimate excuse I can see for this is that they are now checking for defects prior to shipping. If that’s what they are doing it would be far better to tell everyone that rather than say “just keep waiting”.
 
Howdy gang, anyone on here receive their shipping notification for mlok handguard for the 81m's recently? Just curious if they're actually shipping those off like I heard on fb

also admins don’t like you deleting my comments, you got an issue, issue a warning. Same #### i experienced on the ccfr fb page, I’ll call you out for it i don’t care.
 
Those shipping situation is kind of concerning. I ordered 2 on the 12th and had both of them within one week. TI also posted that it will be much better than last time - which was 2 weeks at my front door at the latest. Then I read that TI had some kind of fall out with Canada Post, and while not confirmed, it all went downhill from there.

I went to see if they had any 81m’s or fixed coming in & to get some mags from you guys and they wouldn’t. I went back 3 times and the third time they broke the news to me of “prior history.”

They didn’t want over 2k of sales that day and they said better to try yourself. Maybe you’re right and they are lying to my face but they’ve taken over 15k from me so far in my life and I’ve gotten some wicked stuff from them. Was a bit weird to me they didn’t want anymore money involving your products.

I talked to a dealer last year and he is also not too happy with TI's dealer policy. He gets 30 % off but sometimes that price is not honoured. In house must be the same I suspect, strange communication in the past. It is a father and son business and then he hires shipping people who have no clue and last year hired 2 management people who have no clue either or maybe just get confused because of unclear policies and flip flopping on what is "within spec".

We haven't made any dealer announcements for T81M yet, it would not make sense as we are still processing large volumes of customer orders

Gunshop counters always the bastion of truth :rolleyes:
