I am not sure what company you are complaining about - Blk Lbl what is that? Maybe I'm missing something , but if you have an issue, I'd be interested in seeing it.

They make front handguards. Some of them have a modular bipod built in.

Sorry to hear out product isn't up to your expectations.

Our handguards are made of extruded Aluminum 6061 T651.

We are always balancing strength to weight with our products. That being said we have done many tests on our gear and

I have never seen a hanguard bent that bad. We will do tests to see how much force is required to cause that much bending.

I will post results here.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello everyone ,

Here are the results of loading the handguard in the same direction on one Mlok slot.
Slight visible flexing starting at 110lbs
Much more visible flex at 155lbs
At 175lbs material yields ,real damage occurs , maxing out at 180lbs

Apparently our account is too new to post pictures, see link for photos

Interesting, Im doing some quick google math here, and from what I gather, lets say a x95 weighing 4.0 kg falling from 1.2192 meters (4 feet) will produce 47.8 Joule of energy wich translate into 423 inch/pound or 35.26 foot/pound. So if it landed straight on the light its entirely possible that it bend that way.Maybe someboy more savvy than me can correct me.

Now the question is, if this was some prenium ar-15 handguard, falling on the light like this, will these kind of damage occur? Im incline to think so.

Well thanks for your chime as well.

Clearly you think 5 moa is accurate.

Also, have you ever used a proper trigger? Even windex bottles have better trigger than x95

You're a troll, and can join the list of idiots on my ignore list...buh bye.

I'm no mathematician, but I don't think 35 ft/lbs equates to 180 lbs?

Whaaa whaaa whaaa. The pot calling the kettle black. Who was the one that caused a 3 letter word to be censored? That used by immature people. Ah yes you. Who goes around stirring the pot and not bothering to add anything good. Yes you. Unlike you,I don't need to announce my idiot list, like theyre begging for acceptance. Get a life.

This would be correct if the impact force was entirely taken up by the hit of the light , but in real life the center of gravity of the rifle would play into it and the rifle would end up rotating instead of imparting all the energy into the handguard.

Thanks for taking the time to test the handguard blk lbl, I think the OP should post more pics and clearly explain what he did to produce the results. Who knows, maybe it was a lemon, was previously damaged, etc. But in typical CGN fashion the thread has gone downhill with everyone flinging their poo at eachother.

If you angled the handguard, would the force needed be less? As a rifle dropping doesn't land flat.

So... op?

BLK LBL certainly stepped up with some data to support their product. And Interestingly it seems like there is a piece of this puzzle missing.

I have had one of these rails for quite a while now on my X95, and I would say they are as strong as they need to be. I never handled it and thought it was a cheaply built product or a downgrade from the factory rail. I also ran the Manticore Optimus rail previously, and the Black Label is a nice upgrade over that.

For comparison, I would say it is just as thick/strong as my Noveske rail, but not as overbuilt as a Daniel Defense.

2-3 MOA, assuming you can actually shoot...It's pretty standard for the type of Rifle.

Have you fired an X-95? It's not terrible, not too far off a run of the mill, mil-spec AR trigger.

Windex bottles...whatever buddy.
