thanks for the update. i had sticky top cover before and i had smooth ones but never needed a mallet. the "M" is my first.

Mine, for what ever reason, occasionally doesn't want to behave to get the recoil spring out but I think the way I stick my tongue out makes a big difference and it suddenly will go no problem. If it really doesn't want to go, I usually just give the recoil spring a tap from the edge of a table and away she goes. No signs of bulging.
 
Does anyone know where I can get a bipod for the SR platform? Spoke with tactical to see if I could get one from an LMG platform but they said it was not possible

LMG bipod will not work, different diameter of the barrel. besides being too heavy, you dont want the bipod so far forward for a "sniper", lol. the bipod should be close or under the handguard.

yeah, the words "last batch" been seared into my brain i lose track which batch, lol. but this time i recall them saying more is coming, maybe at end of the year.

Bulge was a poor choice of word on my part, but the slot on mine is deformed enough I cannot put the spring back in. clamping really tight not sticking...

3 Bar D Productions has a 1.5 Mlok slot adapter to attach via the lower handguard screw to the underside of the handguard, for use with an Mlok bipod, foregrip, or bipod/foregrip combo.
