And never will, even most pro-gun people here think "screw those icky furriners, if it's that important to 'em they can move and become citizens." This is why in legalese *I* have the paper owning all the toys and C. just gets to play with 'em on the range with me when she can get out here.I bet WA just hasn’t updated state law to be in concordance with federal law.
Just call or email them asking if they need additional info, tell them about your timing concern.Any idea on the current timing for Form 6NIA? I submitted one on July 9th so 5+ weeks so far. With Michigan deer season starting Sept 21 (early antlerless) I'm getting a bit nervous if it comes back asking for edits/mods.
They never did send Cat one i am going to have her reapplystill waiting for my wife's form 6.

The weird thing is when I last crossed into Michigan and coming back home in August after declaring my firearms I wasn't sent to secondary either time. The Border Guards both just asked which firearms I had from my list and they sent on my way.Between my wife and myself, both of our Forum 6 NIA's took 5 1/2 months to receive. That and the border inspection to verify all the serial numbers on multiple firearms leaves me with a less than a enjoyable trip. After 12 years competing in the US, I am wondering if it is worth all the trouble. Possibly next year all the matches I shoot will be in Canada.
I've always been asked "which ones are you bringing" by the USBP even with no inspections. The weird thing is when I last crossed into Michigan and coming back home in August after declaring my firearms I wasn't sent to secondary either time.
