Sterling arms R18 MK3 with NR FRT - the guts heavily borrowed from mcx even firing pin block and the much shorter push rod. Smart to borrow things that works . This is basicly a new gun with the same lower. Yeh the handguard needs to come off to access the gas system I am sure someone will figure out a QD bolt like hk 416A8.

So for ones $1800.00, will this be an actual AR180 platform that works?

And I mean a reliable no bullsh1t semi-auto that feeds, cycles, shoots, ejects without constant issues. And can be accurate? Maybe even 1 MOA?

I know in this Canadian market that's a lot to ask for, but so is $1800.00 before taxes.

I've already been stung by the BCL Siberian crap, not playing that game again.

From the Sterling videos I've seen, they too have magazine issues as well as other concerns.

Can someone educate me on this? Obviously I'm no tacti-cool expert, but maybe a guy needs to wait until a reliable AR-15 can be purchased once we all flush the Turd and his sell-out Singh sidekick!.......:)

When I saw that familiar piston and BCG, my heart beat really quick. I'm ready to throw my Bren out when Bartok5 does a review on it. Could you imagine if it was cross compatible with MCX and HK parts, I can only dream.
