I have a CIL Anschutz 125 made in1965. The little Leopold scope I recently put on it makes pasture gophers run into their holes when they smell the gun. Not me of course.I took the scope off and it is marked CIL 125. Will make a fun winter project.
BKL, or Burris Signature ( They come with clamps for 11mm dovetail )What are some good scope rings for a Vortex Diamondback on a Anschutz 1416?
I love the Remmington targets. Thank you for posting. My newest Cooper.

The 310 is a 64 series Anschutz. Here's "Annie".....my CIL Model 310 made by Anschutz in 1965.....handed down from my maternal grandfather to my father to moi....
As you can see, the ol' girl has had a LOT of sweaty hands holding her in her lifetime. She's a Model 54 relabeled by C.I.L. as the Model 310 with a Monte Carlo stock. She has a 5 round magazine, a cheap Tasco 3x7 scope, and no gopher is safe within 50 yards....![]()
This rifle still shoots incredibly well, and seems to really like American Eagle 38 gr copper plated hollowpoints. However, it will shoot almost anything you feed it incredibly well. This rifle won me a lot of gold medal shoulder patches at the shooting club I was a participant in back in the mid 80's - iron sights only....it would shoot on par with the fancy target rifles used by older shooters (that could afford them) that had the fancy globe-style sights.
She does have a chunk missing out of the plastic buttplate. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one?
