I love the Remmington targets. Thank you for posting.

SPLOOOSH !!!! Beautiful rifles, gorgeous wood. Bought/imported a Cooper Jackson Squirrel back in the day when it only came in a ā€˜plastic’ stock’. Many years latter called the factory to order a fancy wood stock. Not quite museum grade but paid much more just for the stock than I did for the entire rifle. No regrets. Gentlemen, I’ve admired your collections, I know what you’ve got and you have my respect.

Here's "Annie".....my CIL Model 310 made by Anschutz in 1965.....handed down from my maternal grandfather to my father to moi....

As you can see, the ol' girl has had a LOT of sweaty hands holding her in her lifetime. She's a Model 54 relabeled by C.I.L. as the Model 310 with a Monte Carlo stock. She has a 5 round magazine, a cheap Tasco 3x7 scope, and no gopher is safe within 50 yards.... 😁 😁

This rifle still shoots incredibly well, and seems to really like American Eagle 38 gr copper plated hollowpoints. However, it will shoot almost anything you feed it incredibly well. This rifle won me a lot of gold medal shoulder patches at the shooting club I was a participant in back in the mid 80's - iron sights only....it would shoot on par with the fancy target rifles used by older shooters (that could afford them) that had the fancy globe-style sights.

She does have a chunk missing out of the plastic buttplate. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one?

Remington 40XB with a Jewel Trigger

Remington 40XB #2.
Factory barrelled action in a stock I have not identified. Bought from eagleye.
He said it liked Eley Match in the 1059 velocity range and that appears to be the case.
The fore end is rounded and does not sit favourably in the rest. The bipod is a better than the rest.
The Jewel trigger was around 11 oz. and has been adjusted to 6 oz.

Steyr Zephyr II 22LR with full Mannlicher stock

Excellent shooter at 100y.

CZ457 Skinner peep sight was fitted for a hunting trip earlier this month. No problems taking grouse at 40y with a headshot
