Stay tuned! Coming very soon!

.223rem Hunting Rifle
Semi Auto
Detachable magazines

Akdas Alcor Hunting Rifle Is here!
This little .223 hunting rifle is a semi auto that uses STANAG magazines. Built specifically for the purpose of hunting, this rifle is right at home on the range for an afternoon of target shooting. Comes in this really nice case, 1 magpul 5/10 magazine, sling, and shims to adjust the stock fit.
About the Alcor Hunting Rifle:
The Alcor design is really well thought out and relatively simple to disassemble unlike some other semi auto hunting rifles. It comes apart a lot like a semi auto shotgun and a wrench is included to help remove the barrel nut. The receiver is made of 7075 T6 aluminum and the action is very smooth with a nice piece of Turkish walnut, to top it all off. The Bavarian style cheek piece adds to that classy European hunting rifle design.

Hopefully at a more sensible price than the others.
Just to put things into perspective, we all remember the $700 S&W M&P Sport II correct? The M&P Sport II is discounted and replaced with the Sport III. The retail price for that gun, if it was available in Canada, would be about $1100. If they would have made the gun out of 6061 T6 Aluminum and a plastic trigger guard, they could have got the price down to around that.

I'm interested but I need a couple questions answered first.
Any warranty? If so what are the details?
Any spare parts available in canada?

I asked these questions in the other dealers forum and was ignored.

For the ones that we sell, we can help our customers with warranty claims. The warranty is 2 years. I don't know if they stocked some extra parts or not for warranty but it's a new entry into the market so extra parts would likely become available later on.

There are some great Turkish made guns, unfortunately there a some real bad ones as well.

Sun_and_Steel_77 has some great questions. I hope warranty isn't an issue. Spare parts usually are not available for many Turkish made firearms.....:(

Only time will tell though. .

I'm only speaking from my experience as a retired dealer, and this is my opinion only.

I've never understood why importers and exporters for that matter don't make a certain amount of wear and tear parts based on the number of units ordered mandatory. How hard would it be for a manufacturer to send a bunch of pins, springs and extractors as a bare min effort to support their products?

I hear yea just the average gun owner doesn't think about buying spare parts with their new gun.

No doubt, but it would be nice if the importer received consumbable wear parts as a percentage of their total order.... that way when someone asks a retailer.... "Are parts available if needed" the answer would be " Of Course" basic spare parts are baked in to the importers orders from the factory.

The bolt head looks very similar to America's most popular sporting rifle and the extractor, plunger, and cam pin all look the same. The firing pin looks suspiciously the same as well.
