Great to hear. I thought you'd end up making the gooseneck integral - a duckbill.[/QUO
Neck, Bill, beak, to hard for me to stay up on. I think I like the snout mount! Any ways what about the aluminum? durable enough?
I figured the gooseneck was the removable design and the duckbill was milled into the design, like the photo I modded. But hey, you're the boss. Aluminum would probably work fine, but only guessing. The range test is good news.
I just realized that on the factory folder, You gotta file off a tab a bit to get it to lock solid when un folded. I did not realize till I went I hit the stock by accident and it unfolded and it would not been a nice scene if I was on the range and it did it.
what little tab?
i've had that happen a couple times when shooting....annoying to say the least.
Theres a TAB on the rear of the stock that rubs up against the rear of the receiver. If thats not filed down enough then it does not fully lock in place...
On my cleaning kit, i've got an L shaped tool that is described in the manual as a sight adjustment tool but has no groove for the front sight. Seems more like a gas port cleaning tool. Is this normal?? Doesnt look grooved like the one in the cleaning kit pic above.
now with pictures! thanksI just installed one and had to do the light filing thing, Thanks Rob for pointing it out earlier.

Surprised no body really realized till now.
Its the first Ive heard, so I decided to put mine on, And you are right!
Ive check a few of my extra stocks, some lock up tight and some need a filing
what about a mp-5 style sliding stock for the vz? an idea similar to kasats rail mount on both sides could work i'd think...
