Nice looking build. Whats the OAL when folded?
What length flask barrell? How do you like it? I’m considering a very similar build! What is the muzzle device?
Took my 10/22 TakeDown backpacker and decided to try setting it up as my daughters next rifle from her Savage Rascal. I swapped to a X22 stock(more adjustable) and got a dlask receiver (scope mount on my original reciever one screw hole was stripped and I just wanted this to be able to run the dlask 25 rnd mag I have for my other 10/22. I Added the hawk vantage 3-9x40 mil dot adjustable objective scope. Hope to get it sighted in this week. Then I need tk sort out getting the stock painted or perhaps hydro dipped in some sort of pink pattern of her choice. I think she’s going to like it. She loves her rascal but could no longer use it scoped as LOP was just too short with a scope. This solves that issue and the rascal has returned to peep sights (rascal stock suites that better)

Build details:
- SBI G3 Chassis. Tanodize.
- SBI ST-22 receiver with AR style top charging handle.
- Kidd bolt, firing pin, springs, extractor.
- Dlask 16" heavy, fluted barrel.
- Daniel Defense stock and grip. Vortex mount. (All custom Cerakoted. Pulled them off another rifle.)
- Volquartsen TG-2000 trigger group with auto bolt release and rapid mag release.
- SBI G3 Chassis. Tanodize.
- SBI ST-22 receiver with AR style top charging handle.

Tested out a few brands of ammo from the local CT, Blazer, Federal Automatch, CCI Minimag, CCI Std Velocity, CCI Stingers, Aguila Super Extra 38 gr, Aguila Super Extra 40 gr.Barrel seems to prefer the 40 grain bullets over the lighter 32 grain stingers and 38 grain aguila.
Only had 3 or 4 failures to eject through about 3 or 4 hundred rounds (all Federal Automatch, and all very early on) no issues otherwise. Overall I am very happy with the accuracy/performance of the build so far.
The barreled action did come loose from the chassis while shooting (which cut my range session short) so I applied a little blue loctite and re-tightened everything up at home.
Planning to give it a real test my club's steel challenge next month.
