CVA scout barrel, and go the CVA TD version, if you can find someone to build you a barrel.

Another option, but a lever, and yes I know you want a single shot, would be a BLR TD. I have been able to source the barrel extensions so you could get replacement barrels made up and have a multi caliber rifle as long as its in the same bolt head family.

I know where there is a stash of .218 bee for sale and headed to the rock in a bit.

CZ did not ever produce the hornet in the left hand. However, I did speak directly to the head of the CZ custom shop once and he said that they had converted a few left handed 527s in 223/204/222 into 22 or 17 Hornet, but they were a rather involved and costly conversion ans he only remembered doing a handful of them. Only left handed Hornets I have seen are the Browning A-Bolt Micro and Kimber of Oregon did some. And this coming from a lefty who searched high and low for years, to get a left handed Hornet!
 
Joe Salter has a heavy barreled .22 Hornet barrel taken off of some rifle. It has dovetails attached for a target scope - maybe for a Unertl scope?

The listing is: 'J.E. Gebby Hornet 22 Caliber Barrel.'

It is for a takedown 1885 Winchester High or Low wall rifle gun.

Easier to build your own sometimes than look for something.

Seen those, was even at their shop looking at them. They actually had two different barrels on hand.
