Most pistols are too short to make the mounting of a forward grip practical. It would also make it difficult to carry the gun in a holster. However, it could make sense on a pistol that is capable of fully automatic fire. Beretta 93-R came with a forward grip from the factory.Howdy all,
may seem like a silly question, but why have i never seen anyone mount a forward vertigal grip on a pistol? and yes, i know that some Submachine guns have the forward pistol grip.
Cheers

'Cuz it's dumb.

One shoulda fire one-handed most of the time. Foregrip is dumb on rifles as well, basically everything except subguns.
I thought I saw something awhile back that prohibited a forward hand grip on a hand gun. I tried finding it again and started to get numb. Anyone heard of that?

Glock makes a baseplate that goes on your mags allowing you to clip it on your accessory rail. so you can have a extra mag as well as a vertical grip...
Cool if your gonna put a longer barrel on it and a stock and make your Glock into a MINI SMG..
That's an american law. Doesn't apply up here.
Meant mod for your Glock and your wrong it was actually Mako...
