I think the OP is confused. Two ppl have posted links to the Semi Auto that he is requesting and both times he has claimed they are not SA. But, he also posted this in the Black Rifle forum so....

Hmmmm no.... besides the multiple semi-auto in the descriptions anything stoeger does that is a pump will be a P then a number like P3000, any M numbers like this M3000 are semis...

Yes , it is SA action. sorry my bad. I prefer item no is 26075FS .18.5" barrel

They both have 18.5" barrels, the only difference between the two models are the mag capacity. One had a 4+1, the other is 7+1.

It's in 18.5x70/76 Firebreather

Magazine limits of all types in Canada are a complete minefield but Shotgun limits in particular are confusing.

To summarize, any shotgun can legally hold 5 rounds in the magazine of the size / length of shotgun ammo it is chambered for plus one in the chamber and one on the lifter - ie a ghost load - for a total of 7.

This number can legally increase depending on the gun and ammo used, to take the most extreme example, if you had a gun with a 3.5" chamber it could legally hold 7 rounds of 3.5" as explained above *but* because it can also shoot 2 3/4" ammo that would result in 7 in the magazine (plus one in the chamber and one on the lifter - ie a ghost load - for a total of 9).
