Barnes 7mm LRX 152 & 160gr

We have the newly released 7mm 152gr LRX and the 160gr LRX in stock now. These are both component bullets for handloading

the 152gr is designed for 1:9 twist barrels, the 160gr is 1:8 twist for the 7mm PRC

Ordered some 152 LRX I have the 160 s. Already Nechacko Outdoors in Vanderhoof BC

Barnes designed the LRX 160 for the 7 PRC and the LRX 152 for the 280 AI .

I already have a great load for the 280ai with the 168 lrx but will pick up 152 after the season is over. Any idea what both of these will expand well down to velocity wise? I usually use 2000fps as a buffer for barnes but I found for the 150ttsx in 308 that wasn't quite enough.

Thats what I am curious about, I have a 280 AI as well, currently shooting handloaded Nosler 160 AB. Really like the idea of the 152 LRX.

.467 and .608 g1 bc's. Ill try the 160 as that's pretty impressive but for the 152 I might as well stick with the 145 lrx. Even the nosler etip 140 has a higher bc than that.

Applied Ballistics Bryan Litz has the 140gr eTip @ .406 G1

Barnes has revamped all their BC's to fall more in line with reality. Hopefully other manufacturers do the same

I always used published which was .489g1 but never took it long. I know nosler likes to inflate their numbers quite a bit.
