Can't help with titegroup, honestly I wouldn't use it in an antique but that's just my opinion
For trail boss, do exactly what the manufacture recommends, fill a case to the level a seated bullet will sit, weigh out that charge and that's your maximim. minus 10% and you're good to go

I was using 4gr trailboss in a .45 acp case with 255/65 gr. Recoil was around half of standard .45 acp ball. not sure of OAL but i could check, i was crimping in the provided groove.
4.2-5 gr trailboss is prob the max with 3.5 gr being light. Thought ive tested please do additional research and take with a grain of salt.
