Just snagged a 375 Ruger Alaskan off the EE. Naturally it comes with a hogue stock which I’m not a fan of.
Looks like McMillan and Bansner don’t inlet for the 77 anymore, and wildcat only does the 77 tang safety.
What are my options other than factory Tupperware or wood?
Not generally a fan of B&C due to the fat grip and weight.
Brown precision and MPI make them, but end up being 1500 bucks after you have someone finish it.
Has anyone tried a HS precision Ruger stock? They look heavy as well with the bedding block but it might be ok if they aren’t shaped like a 2x4
Thanks in advance
