COMING SOON: Adler Arms RF224 11.7'' Shorty Tacticool 22 LR Rifle *Open for Backorder*

No. Haven't tried those.

I doubt the outcome would be any different.
I've had better luck myself in shorter barrels with those rounds as they seem to have a little extra power to them to cycle the bolt over the semi auto rounds while still staying subsonic. Worth a try if you can find some.

Got me two of these, in bronze and white colors. Selling like hotcakes...

The mag.release is awkward and kinda #####y to work with.
Used Norma Tac-22 with a few FTE's. Loves CCI Standards, Remington Thunderbolts & Goldens, and Eley Benchrest. Tried it with CCI Quiets, and this thing turns into a bolt-action.

Pimping & dressing them up. Can't wait for the handbrake and faux can to arrive.

Will post photos to share soon.

Aluminum chassis and handguard. That being said, a fellow I shoot with has one and it shoots well and is pretty well put together..but it doesn't like ruger brand mags. They are apparently 2mm narrower than the mags it comes with.
Food for thought.
That's strange, I thought they came with standard Ruger 10 round mags?

Finally took mine to the range. As other say, very ammo picky. Loves CCI Blazer. Lots of problems with Winchester 555 box and Winchester Wildcat. Mixed results with Magtech blue box (sometimes 10-round mag worked great - other times a few FTF or FTE).

Will try more ammo types but as this was my first range trip, maybe it needs a few 100 more rounds to break in before final say, but so far CCI Blazer ammo 100% success rate!

YMMV

Almost all clone 10/22 receivers are capable of accepting them though.
Yes...with augmentation of the receiver. The problem I see with the Adler is the design of the receiver. It looks a bit thin at the front where you would need to augment it, and it is not designed like a 10/22 even though the action is the same. The barrel connects via a set screw at the front of the magwell unlike the v block in a 10/22... So the jury is still out on the augmentation for the tuf-22 mags, and 10/22 barrels are a big no.
As a note the trigger pack looks completely different, but looks to take 10/22 trigger parts. The bolt looks similar, and the charging handle/recoil spring is a one piece unit and I'm not sure if it will accept 10/22 bolts or charging systems.

Ok, just a little further clarification so we're on the same page. Do you mean to say an SBI receiver (which I believe is considered a clone - correct me if I'm wrong) needs to be augmented to accept the Tuff 22 mags after it's purchased?
