New SKS Magwell adapters🔥 Made in Ontario by True North Arms

Anyone install this and actually have it function? I got everything inletted and it won't feed for sheet. When I compare with factory mag looks like the whole mag angle is off and rounds need to sit flatter

Curious to see if anyone has feedback.
Assuming you followed his video?

My ammo jams most of the time as well. I looks to me like the mags are no sitting high enough (or yea at a wrong angle) which I guess would be a problem with the magwell adapter. I'm using the duramag xcr-l mags. It would be good if true north would pitch in here and give some advice. I wasted so much time to try to get this working properly and no luck on my end.

any pics of one of these installed on a rifle?

"these are the last of the gen 1
they are being discontinued in favor of the gen 2"

If he's already releasing gen 2, I'm guessing there are issues with the original which might explain the issues with ammo feeding.

From the gen 2 page:

"The Gen 2 models ride up higher and have reinforcements in some area that have been broken"

In this episode of Stanley in the "See" Can, we take a detailed look at the TNA SKS Magwell V2 and explain exactly what’s changed from V1 — and why. Based on customer feedback and real-world installs across SKSs from different factories and countries, the V2 raises magazine height by about 1/8 inch to improve feeding reliability and reduce magazine tuning. Stanley walks through how the system works, what (if any) magazine modifications may be required, common pitfalls to avoid, and why V1 is still a solid option depending on your rifle. Whether you’re running a Gen 1 setup or considering the upgrade, this video breaks down the pros, trade-offs, and options so you can make an informed decision.
