Customer review of Tenda.

I bought a rifle from Tenda that had a defect.
I contacted them, received a pre paid shipping label that day, and had my new rifle in under two weeks. Just as I got back from holidays.
The return was fast, easy, and painless.
Saying there's no customer service after a purchase is the opposite of my experience.
 
no shill. been a member probably longer than you. lost my info and had to rejoin. people like you and your comment are the reason some walk away from this forum!

Too many people have been saying this.
No way for most people prove it.

I wasn’t so lucky unfortunately, maybe my experience was an isolated case…
 
its not the first time i post here but today i called tenda just to make sure my order get to me before the weekend because i am going on vacations monday i talk with Mingwei and in a few hour my order was on the way,great customer services tenda keep it up,thanks Mingwei.

What was the nature of your product defect?
 
Just ordered a spam can of 7.62x54r from them today. Tossed in a brick of .22 to get free shipping. Ordered from there a few times now, no complaints
