Ordered online with no issues. Went to store and had such excellent service that I returned to a repeated excellent service.
Great selection of products and prices that make me continue giving Tenda my business.

I’m a repeat customer, I like your store. I like you guys. But UPS is brutal. I’m still waiting for something I paid for on November 21. It’s now late with poor updates from UPS.

Only thing I dislike, amd many vendors do it.....getting an email with a UPS tracking number the day after I place an order, but the order is not actually picked and packed and UPS doesnt actually pick up for 5 or 6 days after that.

Seems like an illusion of quick service.
