Customer review of Tenda.

Been trying to all day to phone them with no answer? Site says they are open today. I also emailed them earlier with no response. I guess they don’t need my money?
 
^9mm 1000 rounds $274.99 they don't take enough money. They are swamped and up to the neck in mud.

Have thousands of orders to fill
 
Tenda is great!

I made an order last month thinking I’d be near the store to pick it up… turns out things changed and I won’t be able to get in any time soon.

Emailed and asked if it could be shipped instead and it was in the mail the next day!

Of course I heard about them here on CGN and I was searching for a good deal on a shooting Chrony to help with working up hand loads for the coming shooting season. I also added some bullets that were priced below every other dealer I could find.

I completed the check out and the only hiccup was I had to call my card number in. I spoke to a very nice customer service rep and easily completed the transaction. Within an hour I had about 5 emails in my inbox saying that they had looked at the order and every function through to putting the order on a truck. I was also emailed a tracking number for Canpar.
This was all on Wednesday afternoon and much to my surprise I got a knock on the door at 10:00 am Friday. WOW!!! Impressive delivery time!
When I opened the box, my order was in there along with a copy of the invoice and the interac slip. I was also surprised to find some other goodies in the box that were sent gratis. I won't be a spoiler though. You need to order from them yourselves to find out what they send...

I ordered for the first time from them a couple of months ago. Best price on a rifle I was looking for , offered free shipping. Communication was extremely thorough and timely. Have never had a better transaction and I very happily recommend them to everyone so give them a look.
 
They quite good, they gave me refunds twice on orders I placed where the same items went on sale same week.
I appreciate them.
 
Placed order. Hours later asked for them to add a bit to get free shipping and they got back to me almost immediately and adjusted my order. Nothing but positive here.
 
Sent me the wrong dies but fixed it immediately. Good comms and quick shipping. I will buy online from them again.
 
MY son and I were at Tenda on Monday 15th. We had an excellent experience, great, friendly and helpful staff. My son ended up getting a shotgun from Tenda.

Been waiting for well over a week for a parcel to ship and it hasn’t. Was told it would ship and be on time for Christmas. Two bad experiences with Tenda. Won’t be a third
 
I have ordered from gotenda way too much - they are super fast and any issues I have had - like a bolt of a gun not going in was dealt with immediately - they refunded my money, paid for the return shipping and actually refunded the item as soon as shipped it and not when they received it
 
I went there for a Item recently. Visited the store. The staff were knowledgeable and polite. My time there was good. I will go back when I need more. Thank You Tenda for the nice time.
 
I love ordering from tenda. Placed multiple orders and always shipped fast and exactly as ordered. I agree that the worst part is generally UPS, for multiple reasons.

I even reached out this week about a gun I was looking at that wasn't accurately shown on the website. They emailed me within 24 hrs about my questions and updated the picture appropriately on the website immediately.

Unfortunate. I received an order in less than a week. Wonder what the difference is?
