Customer review of Tenda.

Packaging is an issue across most, if not all vendors.
I'd happily pay a $10 handling fee to ensure my new firearm was packaged correctly, competently and securely.

What i usually get from all vendors is a box taped shut in a few places with no packing inside except tge factory Styrofoam cutout.

These boxes are not true postal system worthy boxes.

The stoeger boxes even say "this is not a shipping container" right on it.

The laziest shipping job I recieved was a rifle box with small brown paper squares taped over the logo and name of the gun maker.

You shoulda been around for the days of Sean Beiko aka more guns supply. It was the times of cheap SKS's shipped in even cheaper black plastic garbage bags.

I got one of those!! It was like $300 for a Russian with a thousand rounds. Delivery guy left both on my doorstep next to each other with no signature. Good times.

Great selection...Reasonable price...Fast to ship but the chinaaaa crap box is not Canada Post I don't give a #### proof.

I got lucky and the whole order was still in the box but it was just ####house luck and barely enough packing tape that nothing went missing.

canada post sucks just about as bad as the cbc.

You and me both. I got double lucky dealing with him. I had ordered from his previous business (Canadian paintball) a handful of times and never got scammed like so many after me did. Never realized when ordering from more guns, it was the same d i c k chin

have magazines/muzzle comps/couple rifles via email- only gripe is tend not to ship until wednesday following order-had defective rifle i hand returned expecting a hassle- took it back and credited account no problem.
overall-quite satisfied...

Great selection, prices and return policy. I have never had an issue so far with products being poorly packaged or damaged upon arrival whenever received from UPS. Tenda is the first place i search online whenever shopping.
