Per the thread title, has anyone tried installing one of those wood buttstock kits floating around for Turkenelli M4s on their TNA VR-66? I love the look of the wood stock and handguard kits and got the Impact R4 wood stock and handguard kit but it's looking like you'd need to remove the stock tube from the VR-66 to get the R4 wood stock on and wanted to know if anyone else has tried this and has any tips?

No pics unfortunatly. I was messing around with a Turknelli, VR66, and the new M4gery that everyone is all gaga over, the speed pro I think. I was swapping parts around to see what fit what. The wood stock is held in place by a bolt and washer that threads into the recoil spring tube. I ended up loosing the recoil spring tube cap? for a few days as it went flying. But yeah, for the most part, the furniture for all these turk M2/3/4 variants is largely interchangible with some minor swearing.

I posted two links to both the different wood sets at SFRC in the Speed Pro thread about a year ago. Not sure if they are still in stock. Marsart also had them at one point.

If I have some time I will swap the stocks around and post some pics. I have been planning on taking the Wood off my R4 and putting it on my speed pro any ways.

If you end up swapping the stocks, please take pics of the process!
