Does the one from FOC come with the Pic rail on top also? It doesn't show it in the pic from FOC.

I'd advise against it, it's Illegal for sure, but ....Chances of getting are slim if done nicely.
Barrel lengths are generally not stamped on a gun.
So who's to say how long the barrel originally was.
Same as short shotgun barrels.

I already got the gun, shot it at mapleseed, designed and made a stock for it and have sold it since I asked haha. After shooting 150y in wind, I got a lil frustrated with the lower velocity and flipped it. On the hunt for a nice 18" CZ now!
 
There’s another thread on this gun. Turns out its a decent little shooter. So far the only problem seems to be getting the rail in place, I had to use a “persuader”

The issue is the slot size for the screw. I added a chamfer and all was right again in the world.
 
Has anyone had a go at making their own stocks for this? I am working on printing one for mine as the place for my cheek was really really off on original stock. I have a design I like and am trouble shooting the quirks. Any feedback is appreciated. Note that stock remains well over minimum length of 26 inches. I added Imgur and reddit posts to show work, feedback appreciated.

Very cool! Well, you asked for feedback, here is my take...
  1. I would remove the integral front grip accessories and replace them with an integral PIC rail. This would keep it more compact, save some weight, and give more versitility as to how it is accessorized.
  2. Likewise, with the upper hand guard; the barrel will never get hot enough on this rifle to be a real problem, and if it does, it will soften and possibly even melt the thermal plastict from which it is made. I will also reduce weight.
  3. I love the thumb rest, but I have grown fond of straighter grip angles.
These are strictly my "opinions", honestly, you have a great talent for design! Enjoy your rifle!
