Any recent experiences with getting packages from Hong Kong through CBSA? Ordered a stock adapter and it's been sitting in Vancouver mail hub since May 8.
sounds like we should be purposely buying and selling the same magazine all over canada. we can can call it the freedom mag. and like a get well card we can grafiti it up a little each time.Thats not at all how it works. Its amazing how many people dont understand this. If you buy an nr firearm from a store, simply do a pal verification at some point with anyone who buys or sells guns regularly. There is a possible combination exceeding any reasonable ability to search who could potentially own a firearm assuming you have done a few pal verifications with people who regularly buy and sell. I do at least 20 per year, if each of those people do even 10, and their 10 do 10 as well, thats 2000 people who could potentially own whatever i may have bought from a store. And thats assuming the third group never do another pal verification again, if they do the number of potential owners rises exponentially each time. So to reiterate, I buy from cabelas, sell to 20 people that year, i cant remember who i sold what to sorry, so any one of them or anyone they sold to could own the theoretically prohibited firearm, not my problem. Have fun searching 2000, 20, 000, or 200, 000 people every time you want to use your "bAcKdOoR registry". If anything this "backdoor registry" will aid in wasting countless hours of gun grabbers time and take their resources away from actually taking guns lol. The only thing they can ever do to track down all the previously NR guns, is full scale search of every PAL holders home. In short, if you want a gun, purchase it. Don't live in fear, especially fear that is based on a fundamental misunderstanding of how things work.
223/556 should stabilize better out of 18" barrel no?The Small Arms Solution YT channel found it to be between 1.65 to 2.75 MOA with a 16" barrel.
Correct in theory yes. It's a 1 in 7 barrel so it will like heavier bullets too.223/556 should stabilize better out of 18" barrel no?
For those on the fence you buy bothFresh Makasi review from Jay's Blades and Bullets. Some problems when he first got the rifle, but sounds like he had good customer service from Brigade. Also compares it to Carmel, for those on the fence for which rifle to go with.
So you {two}don't care that ordering that type of sh*t, legal or not, over the border/getting CBSA involved with your name etc., puts you a little higher on the 'shiit' scale?I’ve had a couple of stocks/adapters from Hong Kong delivered in the last few months. Takes some time with cbsa but always been released and arrived no problem. Think the last one sat there 3 weeks before they released it..

Just oil filter adapters and solvent traps…^ gets in or doesn't. Tinfoil not nessasary. Just don't order suppressors, counterfeit money or any other crazy thing they try to sell on aliexpress.
Did the fellow who made this video not clean and lube the rifle properly?Fresh Makasi review from Jay's Blades and Bullets. Didn't SFRC have a thread a few weeks back saying 75% of the firearms they receive back with issues are bone dry, never cleaned or lubed
Is this fellow not strong enough to fully charge the rifle due to a shoulder injury?
Mag issue ?
Weird stuff, first video ive seen showing issues with this rifle...
Most of our SKS's come from Ukraine...there has been a war going on there. Ive seen the import invoices. Its not like they are still getting them for $100 and making bank. Overseas is selling them for more.If the dealers are willing to fist you in the ass with a $1000 SKS, what are they willing to charge for this unknown, one off black rifle?
There's no way I'd buy this thing for the outrageous amount they're likely to charge. Only way I'd buy something like this is if I had absolutely nothing.
I agree fully !I honestly don't believe that the problems were attributable to the rifle. Rather they were the result of operater error exacerbated by an existing chronic shoulder injury.
