Weirdness in the woods

My kids and I have built over a dozen structures in northern Ontario that are km’s from the closest vehicle access. I wonder how many have been found and labeled as Bigfoot structures 🤣

There’s a reason nobody has any concrete evidence of Bigfoot existing 😉
Thats what figured also. Bushcraft stuff is fun and popular but everytime i go back its gone ..
Not pulled apart and laying on the ground.. where are the logs ?
Is the dna hair sample enough concrete evidence?? Dr. Melba ketchem 2013

OP,
Your monkey whoops and hollars were almost certainly Barred owls.
They can make a huge variety of hoots and hollars, screeches and the like. Especially when they get together.
On or near a quiet evening lake…….

Possibly, the dying animal was a snowshoe hair or squirrel but just as likely the barred owls. They do that.

For your other story, who knows, Its Alberta we’re talking about. 😱👽
If anyone is out in the woods and hears something up overhead asking 'Who cooks for you?' that is also most likely going to be a barred owl and not some wendigo looking for a job!.

When I use to live in Powell River we use to go mushroom picking during fall to earn our liquor money. (The legal kind, pines and chantrells. Not the magical kind of mushrooms).
We explored a lot of forest there from north of town near Lund and south of town off the logging roads. And just about everywhere between.
This one time I was out with my buddies X-Ray and Juicy Brucey. We were trying a new spot pretty much centre of town. Up at the top of Nootka st between the airport and Nootka.
It’s hard to explain, but all the forest around town pretty much looks the same when you’re in the woods. But not this area. There’s just something off about that spot. The light, the spacing of the trees and the ground you walk on. Not to mention there was no sound. And when someone would speak it was like you were in one of those soundproof rooms. Like I said, it’s hard to explain, but the second we walked into the tree line we all just had a felling of something is wrong with this place. But we kept on walking deeper into the woods anyway. The further we got in the stronger that feeling of “we shouldn’t be here” got. A few more minutes in all 3 of us at the exact same time had our flight response triggered. There was no talk or discussion on whether we should leave or not. All three of us just started running back the way we came in as fast as we could. We didn’t see or hear anything. We just had an overwhelming feeling of we need to get out of here.
I have no explanation other than when I was telling my mom about what happened. She said there use to be a group of Satanists that were doing weird stuff in the forest somewhere around the end of Nootka st.
I have heard some other stories about that area. My best friend’s grandpa lived up there. He would tell us “ghost stories” about stuff he would see in his house. But we just assumed he was trying to scare us.
I’m not saying there’s something supernatural going on there. But the feeling we had was very real.

Melba ketchem!? Maybe spend a few minutes researching before claiming that bogus study is concrete evidence? Nutjob and grifter are suitable titles…

How many gofundme’s has she run to steal money from believers? 😉

The one to win dinner with her and maybe meet Bigfoot! 🤣 🤣 🤣
