No. How are you getting this feature? The only spell check I have is if I go through my WORD software.
im using the Mozilla Firefox browser, it has a built-in spellchecker.
you really should be using Firefox anyway, its a much more secure browser than IE. the integrated search and tabbed browsing is far superior to IE as well.

there are also hundreds of free add-ons that let you customize it and add features, a few of the more useful ones:
NoScript (automatically blocks all scripts on a webpage you visit and lets you allow them permanently or temporarily. something like CGN you can allow permanently, other less trusted sites you can see the list of scripts that are running and choose to allow them temporarily or not at all.)
SessionManager (saves all open tabs/pages if you close browser or it crashes)
StopAutoplay (makes all media not play by default, you have to press a play button to start them)
DownThemAll (download helper, great for downloading image galleries automatically)
DownloadHelper (lets you download .flv movies from youtube, etc)
FlashBlock (replaces all flash with a play button so you can decide if you want to view it or not)
