Both of the above issues i noticed firing a 13" barrel TR-45 and are not unique to the Micro.
-gun had several light strikes with 45colt. Ammo used large magnum pistol primers, dunno if this affected it.
-the safety is very easy to engage accidentally when opening the cylinder, leading to the mistaken impression that there is a jam on the next set of rounds.
-i had a round of 45 colt slip under the extractor star during extraction, which had to be punched out with a ramrod while pushing the extractor at the same time (had the same happen a couple times to my XR410, again not unique to the Micro).

Overall pleased with it, i expect to be able to iron out the teething trouble with time.

I took an inspection light and looked down the bore, cylinder and barrel line up cleanly. Wondering if perhaps you're looking at yours from a slightly slanted angle?

Can't find my digital calipers, but took a .45 cal musket ball that would not fit in the muzzle and it rolled down the breech about 1/3 through the barrel before stopping. Perhaps it's just a long forcing cone. My Snider-Enfield has a tapered bore so i'm not particularly concerned if this revolver has one, neat more than anything.
 
Now that i look closer down the bore with a light, i can see there's no rifling in the bottom 1/3 of the barrel. There's a visibly pronounced taper from start of the rifling to the cylinder. Looks like an extended forcing cone.
