I think those two setups are very similar. You rest your gun on the same rest the spotting scope is on and look through the spotting scope to engage your target...

We saw both those set ups at the SHOW Show, the rifle I beleive belongs to George at GA Precision, the tattoo to is ala Heidi at USO. Not sure there is enough distance required to spot zero on Heidi's rest though.

Just got word today that USO has increased the price of their spotting scopes by $100.00 to $1050.00 plus gst.
Flip up caps are now offered for $30.00 per pair, screw in caps are also on the design board for the future.
The more I get to use this scope the better I like it.
