For a non-restricted rifle I'd want more magnification if I was going to use optics.

I haven't looked into it since I think I'll stick to the iron sights. But.....

Looks like the poor man's Trijicon. Which works for me.
Also the glass is the same specs as the 4-14x ffp which has 94 percent light transmission instead of the 92 percent on the 4-18x varmint scopes.

I might give one a try on this rifle. The only thing is scopes on carry handles look funny.

Nice scope...I've read good things about falcons. A little too big IMO but the magnification is about right. Get the lowest rings you can find. You don't have to worry about the front bell touching anything. A bubble level for longer range shooting would be good too as the high sight line makes these rifles more susceptible to cant.

Looking at the Burris Timber Line 4x24 or an IOR M2 if i can find one.

IOR M2 Illuminated reticle at 4x magnification, over all length 8 1/2 inchs. Has the look to match the rifle as well. If any one know were to find one let me know.

Can Can-Am get some of the original PRC optics for 'em? I know they might suck in comparison to some of our western optics, but it would make a more "authentic" package.

That one does look good. Except it's almost as much as the rifle . $700 and that's in the States. So expect around $800 here in Canada.

I agree that the size of the Falcon scope might be an issue. Plus smaller would look better.

i think the reason they offered payment plan was for the tavor.$3000 is alot for some people in one chunk for one rifle.type 97 $850 no problem it is an excellent price.just my 2cents or should i say 850 number 33 on list!
