Grizz Mag 870 copy range test.

Well got out to the range today , put a bunch of ammo down range with CGN pavehammer.
Kittted out the grizz with the S&J hardware cqb stock adaptor system.

Gun worked very well, needed to be cleaned and oiled of course.
Finish was crap as i figgered it would be, looks like i have shot 10k in it all ready, but thats ok it will get parkerized and Armour coted soon
The mags are very well made, well worth the $30 ea, just wish i could get
20 more, but the are none.
Pitched the ### iron sites and the super ### heat sheild, really crap, thats all i can say.

Love the iron sites.
Made by pro mag, well made good finish on them and they lock inand stay in place very well.
GGG allso sell them rebranded under there name.

He pumped the gun too early - before the recoil was over.

I found the feed lips are a little sharp a bit of file and polishing did a lot to improve feeding.

your missing a shot.....mine holds 6

yep the gun needed a few rounds shot before it would work well.
yes i did pump to fast, 99% iof the issues were user, not the gun
As for the cost, no more then a cheap ar15, and it has the best parts you can put on a shotgun.
could have done it for 1/2 that price if i wanted to.
It was tested with 200rds of cheap fed steel base #7
I,m very happy with it, just wish i had more mags to put it to a real test.
i,m going to do the 6 rd thing to the mag.
allso will be working on some longer hollow base pads out of 6061 T6 alum this winter to brig them up to 8 or rds

yep lots if anything to much spring in there.
But if its an issue then ill just have new springs made.
now i wondet if i can convert a knoxx sidewinder drup mag to work on that DA gun

Lets not hijack this thread, but there is no brace the mags are not capped or blocked just made this way. Any other questions put in the mag thread.
