Any place that:
1. Has enough guys to justify a course
2. Has a range that is comfortable with realistic training being conducted
3. Has beer and strippers.

The challenge is likely going to be the CFO's.
When we sat down with members of the Ontario CFO (2 to 3 years ago) to discuss offering tactical training courses for civilian participation we ran into a brick wall. They were quite opposed to the idea of offering any kind of "real world" or "tactical" training to civilians. It was as if we were suggesting that we were going to train cop-killers... that was the reaction we got.
Their "official" position was that these did not constitute "legal uses" for firearms in Canada and therefore the training did not conform to what they believed was an "approved purpose" under any Business Firearms License.
I can't answer for other provinces but the main hurdle in Ontario would (in my opinion) be the CFO. If they will approve the course (course materials) then getting a range to host shouldn't be that difficult... but without the CFO's approval the gun club won't be able to host it without risking the loss of the operating approval.
I'd be happy to help sponsor the event and arrange to have it held at Barrie Gun Club... but would need you to get the CFO to first "approve" the course (and instructors) that you wish to present. You get that approval from CFO and we'll help get the range facility.

Any sort of reliable rifle/carbine would be acceptable. Train with what you plan on using, whether that's in your home or at work.
. A course on small convoy defense (without the fire power of MG) and causalty recovery in an ambush for softskinned vehicles. Lots of shooting drills from insideand around a tightly spaced vehicle.....
