Brownell's sells it for under $100, doesn't that nullify need for export permit? Or did something change?
FWIW the Commercial stock with the but pad works well on the Mil Spec tube and locks up nice and tite with the friction lever snapped in.

anyone try the questar asian one yet? comparable to the US ones? is the but plastic? or thin rubber? can you put a recoil pad onto it?
