Counterfeit Leupold Scopes

I'm getting in some Aimpoint knock-offs that are unreal.Full laser markings and exact same dimensions.
If you didn't know better you could be had.

My GF got taken a couple months ago when she bought some knock-off Duracell batteries that lasted 5 minutes.

Gotta watch what you buy..They are good at the knock-offs

Nominated for dumbest comment of the year award, congrats.

Well maybe it's because youre intellectually challenged. How would you feel, if you buy a pre-64 Winchester mod 70 in 308 win, Leopold scope included.

You pay the guy and with a song in your heart set off to the shooting range, with Lapua match ammo, capable of achieving 1/2 moa in most rifles. After your first 3 shot group you find the holes +- 6 inches apart with no resemblance of a grouping whatsoever. You decide it must be the scope and when removing it you see "made in china" in fineprint on the bottomside!

Thats what I have against chinese crap! If you have a problem with that, drink your pills and bark at the moon.

Well, we could nuke them today but the manufacture of components of our bombs have been outsourced to Chinese contractors so they wouldn't work anyway.

Wow!

How about: Nuke the guy who sell this crap to you...

Ignorance and racism run deep, sadly. One day we may be so lucky as to overcome them, but it will be a long time I'm afraid.

Sorry I am ignorant of the fact that the Chinese make excellent Leopold Scopes. They should be commended for this. In fact Leopold and Stevens should close down and allow the more superior Chinese product to dominate the market. Fubar!

I once had an Ebay leupold replica special (mark 4). Shot in January. was ok for the first bit until it became permanently fogged (for that day). sold it with the gun with full disclosure.

I've ghad five of these ... and I've got one up on the EE for sale right now.
I had a GENUINE Leupold in hand and looked through it and the clone.
The Leupold WAS a teensy bit better .... but I cvould bearely see a difference, and only at 14X and in DIM lighting conditions.

PS: I've sold several of these to shooters at gunshows who want a scope for a .22, or a .223, or a .22-250. In fact, two of mu buyers were REPEAT customers, who came back next gunshow and bought another.

The REUPOLD clones are a great VALUE .... if you don't mind using them till they break [ none of mine have so far ] and sending them back to China for replacement [ none so far ].

You pays your money, an d you makes yur choices ...
LAZ 1

guys these sopes are 10% the cost of a "real" one. No one is trying to get away with anything.

Actually they are. By using the Leupold name they are making it extremely easy for scammers to make a quick buck and for you to get ripped off. I find it pretty easy to see some guy selling chinese leupold scopes on ebay for the value of the real deal and not what he paid.

Most customers will not know the difference when they are buying.

It also gives leupold a bad name because when they break and the customer has no idea its a fake, then who do they blame? They also tell all of their friends etc.

Its just a bad idea to have this crap floating around.

I've got a fake LR/T 3.5 x 10 x 40mm and it's sitting on my .22LR CZ452. What a great piece of gear for the money that you woulda dropped on a Bushnell or Tasco for a rimfire. Only cost me $ 140 delivered and it's 2 years old now. I ain't complaining! Even bagged a few groundhogs with this scope and rifle combination, too.

Life is good!
