Dominion Arms Grizzly Shotgun .....12.5" bbl.

Dominion Arms Grizzly arrived today

and if you really do want a tiny little shotgun for uhh, your desk, or back pocket:

the factory pistol grip aint too shabby... I still took it right off after the photo :p

Received my Grizzly today with the conventional stock attached & a pistol grip as an accessory in the box.

I put it through my functionality test.

VERY, VERY, VERY positively impressed.

Well built little shotgun......fantastic Williams style peep sights.

If that little sweetheart isn't a brush bustin, slug shootin, deer killin shotgun .......nuthin is.

Some said the gun was unduly heavy........I don't think it is.

You have to remember this is a 12 gauge x 3"........ not a .410.

I haven't received any documentation (transfer notice or registration certificate) for the gun yet.

It isn't going to the bush until I see that magic word NON-RESTRICTED on the registration certificate.

When I get the registration certificate I'm going to send a photo of the gun with the pistol grip attached (from the internet) & a spec sheet with the measurements to BOTH the Ontario CFO & the RCMP/CFC for a determination as to legal classification (non-restricted, restricted, prohibited) of the gun WITH the pistol grip attached.

That's a task for another day because I'm not absolutely-100% sure the stocked gun isn't restricted yet.

Life Memberships: NRA, GOA, CSSA, NFA, OFAH
CCW Permits: Utah, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Maine

Stop worrying, the gun is classed as NON RESTRICTED with the full stock :)

I may consider a hogue overmolded stock kit, for improved grip... the pump handle in particular is a bit slick. I'll try tossing that in the bead blaster and see if it can be improved, if I ruin it it's a perfect excuse for the hogues :p

(the factory stock is however, pretty decent compared to most, not a bad recoil pad on it either)
i have a short lop houge set for sale if u are really looking for one.

I've been reading a lot about the Grizzly lately, and I'm close to buying one. Can one of the many owners here confirm the overall length of this gun? Curious if it will fit in the pack.
Thanks,

Thanks,

22 1/2" with pistol grip on.

32 3/4" with full stock on.

I am still quite new to this so bear with me. I understand that the wpn becomes restricted by taking off the stock and just using the pistol grip. If a collapsible stock (like an ar 15 stock) and pistol grip is used to replace the standard stock does it have any bearing on the wpns status? Thanks

you guys convinced me, screw the rem 870, im getting a grizzly :)

so wheres the best place to order one of these?

This is my first post and please excuse my question being a newbie: Is the Remington 870 parts interchangeable with the grizzly?

Will a Knoxx Ops stockfor 870 fit the grizzly?

Also, is the stock magazine tube functional without the detachable mag on their 5 round magazine models?

Thanks

Phil, A collapsible stock will keep the overall length over 26" easily so nothing would change status wise.
